Priestmangoode Airline Project
We were asked to consider how a new airline needs to communicate with its passengers from branding and identity as well as looking at websites, apps and right through to the on-board service items such as meal delivery. We are asked to consider the boarding experience and how this might be speed up for the passenger. As well as this we were asked to look specifically at Brazil, Russia, India and China and consider the international market when designing the budget airline experience
We approached the group project by initially discussing our experiences and what others have told us. We also discussed what systems and features current airlines and budget airlines have in place. We considered the competition, the user market, the experience of the passenger and ways of booking a flight. Once we had established what areas to look at and focus on, we discussed strengths and weaknesses amongst the group and assigned specific roles in the design team.
